１１月２３日、岐阜県外国人コミュニティリーダー等育成事業報告会に出席しました。

報告会のゴールは多文化の社会の枠組みの中でどんな問題が一緒に解決することができるかについて考えることでした。

私は外国人グループの活動内容に感銘を受けました。
例えば、活動内容には教育サポートや言語教育や文化交流やカウンセリングや技能習得などがあります。
これは、外国人たちがたくさん学べる活動内容です。
私はいつかこのような良い活動を団体同士で学べるように共有ができると良いなぁと思いました。

これらの活動は長い目で見ると、地域の問題を解決することだけではなく、日本の社会の進歩に貢献することに繋がります。
今からみなさんも同じような気持ちであると私も嬉しいです。

We attended the Gifu Foreign Community Leader Training Course last November 23.

The goal of the activity was to think about what regional problems can be solved together within the framework of multicultural society.

I was impressed on the activities of various foreign groups.
Their unique contribution to the local community deserves appreciation.
The　different groups’ activities include education support, language teaching, cultural exchange, counseling, skills development, and so on.
As a foreigner, there are many things we can learn from them.
I look forward when the sharing of good practices and information will be easier for everyone.

In this way, we can all contribute to the progress of Japanese society in the long run, not just in solving local problems.
I will be delighted if you could join me in this mission from now on.
