今回の韓国クラブハウス訪問は、中部学院大学加藤様の研究協力として同行させていただきました。この数年間、コロナウイルス感染拡大で海外への渡航が制限されていたため、はばたきとしては久しぶりの遠征となりました。テファ・ファウンテンハウスとサンライジングの2事業所を見学させていただきましたが、両事業所とも掲示方法やフロアデザインを工夫し、メンバー・スタッフが横並びで活動できるよう配慮されていました。また、2日目の韓国クラブハウスセミナーでは、若年層の方々が対人面の繋がりを求めなくなってきており、クラブハウスとして新たな取り組みを検討しているというテーマでした。まさに日本でも同様の状況を感じています。外国であっても抱えているテーマは共通していることが多く、同じクラブハウス同士、協力して高め合っていけるように感じました。

We accompanied Mr. Kato of Chubu Gakuin University on this visit to the Korean clubhouse as a research cooperation. This was the first expedition for Habataki in a long time, as our overseas travel had been restricted for the past several years due to the spread of coronavirus infection. We were able to visit two establishments, Taehwa Fountain House and Sun Rising, both of which were designed to allow members and staff to work side by side with each other by using different posting methods and floor designs. In the Korean Clubhouse Seminar on the second day, the theme was that younger people are no longer seeking interpersonal connections, and clubhouses are considering new approaches. This is exactly the same situation we are feeling in Japan. I felt that even in other countries, there are many common themes that clubhouses are facing, and that we can cooperate and enhance each other's activities.
