これまで拙ブログにて取り上げてきている救急車の濫用問題。（表題画像は広島市のHPより）
東京消防庁でついに次のような取り組みが始まるとの記事を見かけた。（日本経済新聞2006/12/15）

ーーーー
東京消防庁は、症状の軽い患者に医療機関の情報を提供する「救急相談センター」を2007年5月に設置。電話番号は「７１１９」。
センターで症状の分類をすることで、１１９番の「渋滞」を解消する目的だ。
救急隊のＯＢや医師を配置し、症状や程度をヒアリングし、救急車を呼ぶ必要があるかどうかを判断する。
詳細はまだ決まっていないが、出動の必要がない場合は、最寄の病院を紹介したり、手当ての方法をアドバイスするとのこと。

高齢者や障害者をはじめ、紹介された病院に行くにあたっては、ドアtoドアの移動のニーズが確実に生まれる。
また、軽い症状への簡単な処置は、ＡＥＤなども活用し、できる範囲でその場で対応したい。

全国の非営利団体へ配備した日本財団の福祉車両。移送サービスの一歩先に、二次搬送というフィールドがある。もう１つの社会基盤を担う方を対象に、日本財団の緊急助成事業として救急搬送についてのスキルアップセミナーを現在準備中です。こちらも coming soon！
